Three people riding a motorcycle were killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Police stated that the accident occurred on Thursday morning in the Garhshankar area. An unknown vehicle collided with the motorcycle, resulting in the death of three individuals and leaving one critically injured.
The Incident
The incident took place near the Water Supply Office in Borha village while the four victims were traveling on a single two-wheeler from Sri Anandpur Sahib towards Garhshankar. Police confirmed that three victims died on the spot, while the fourth person sustained serious injuries.
Two Children Die In Ludhiana Truck Accident
In a separate incident on Wednesday, two children died and three others were critically injured in Ludhiana. The accident occurred on Sidhwan Bet Road in Jagraon, where a vehicle (truck) went out of control due to dense fog and overturned on a family sleeping in a roadside hut.

The deceased have been identified as five-year-old Gopal and seven-year-old Pinky, residents of Malak village, Jagraon. Three others—Sandeep, Mandeep, and his wife Sakina—were pulled out from under the spilled gravel (bajri). Although rescued, they sustained injuries and have been admitted to the Civil Hospital.
The victims sold toys on the roadside for a living. The truck driver fled the scene after the accident. The police are currently investigating the matter.
