Rajasthan: An official stated that a 2.5-year-old girl got stuck in a borewell in Rajasthan's Bandkui town near Dausa on Wednesday, with the child falling to a depth of around 35 feet. The administration arrived quickly and is doing everything they can to save the girl. According to an official, JCBs are also being used to begin the excavation process.
He claimed that the rain is making the rescue effort more difficult.
"Oxygen is being supplied to the girl via a pipe. SDRF and NDRF have also been called for the rescue operation," he said.
The minor, named Neeru, was playing on a farm not far from her home when she fell into the borewell, which was located on one of the farm's corners.
Inspector Premchand of the Bandikui police station stated that information about the girl slipping into the pit was received around 5 PM.

"We immediately reached the spot and started the rescue work. Efforts are being made to rescue the girl soon. Disaster management team has been called from Dausa," he said.
He stated that oxygen is being delivered to the child via a conduit, and a camera has been installed within the pit.
"Efforts are being made to see the girl's movement with a torch. It is raining and it has also become dark. A tent has been put up to ensure that rainwater does not enter the pit," he said.
Additional District Collector Sumitra Pareek and Basava SDM Rekha Meena have also arrived at the location.
According to the official, drilling began roughly 15 feet away from the borewell as part of the rescue effort, using three JCBs and a tractor.
