Women over the age of thirty should consider including a few key dietary products in their diet. In order to maintain their general health and wellbeing, These include high-calcium meals, including leafy greens and dairy products, which help keep healthy bones and lower the risk of osteoporosis.

Adding foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and flaxseeds, can also improve heart health and brain function. As you get older, your metabolism naturally slows down. Lean protein, which can be found in chicken, beans, and tofu, helps with muscle maintenance and repair. After 30, making these food decisions becomes more crucial to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle in the coming years.

Dr. Chaitali Deshmukh, who is an Ayurvedic consultant at Birla Ayurveda, exclusively told Jagran Elnglish about food items that women should include in their diet after 30.

Dr. Chaitali said, "Women's bodies are resilient and complex. From monthly menstruation cycles to early parenthood, menopause, and pregnancy, the female body undergoes continual transformations to accommodate the many stages of life, says Dr. Chaitali Deshmukh, an Ayurvedic consultant at Birla Ayurveda. Every age and stage of life can benefit from the abundance of practical information that Ayurveda offers, whether you're married and raising a family, retired and living alone, or somewhere in between."

She also added, "Pitta dosha continues to predominate when young women leave home, begin their careers, and start their own families or solo experiences. Stress management is essential during this dynamic moment, whether through meditation, yoga, or simply setting aside some time each day for self-care, asserts Dr. Deshmukh. Here are some food items that Dr. Chaitali suggests for women to include in their diets after the age of 30:"

Lemons

Lemons aid in digestion and are nutritious and cleansing. Drink as much unsweetened lemonade as you like throughout the day to help reduce pollutants.

Ghee (Clarified Butter)

One of the best foods for increasing lifespan and rejuvenation is ghee, or clarified butter. It soothes anxiety and facilitates digestion. Due to its high rate of absorption, ghee is a great vehicle for delivering other meals' nutrients to the tissues.

Dates And Figs

Dates and figs are prized as excellent sources of energy. They also help build tissues. Eat one or two every day.

Almonds

Almonds are healthy and essential to life. Almond skins are slightly poisonous; thus, Ayurveda suggests blanching and peeling them. To gain more energy and strength, eat 3–4 almonds every day.

Mung Beans

Among the best legumes are mung beans because of their high digestion and nutritional value. When someone is ill or in need of extremely light food in any other situation, they are helpful. Combining mung beans with rice or other grains makes them especially nourishing.

Ginger

One commonly encountered term for ginger is "the universal medicine." It aids in the removal of ama and encourages proper digestion. Both the flavor and the effects of dried ground ginger are more concentrated. Slices of fresh ginger should be eaten half an hour before meals to help with digestion. Toss with salt and lemon juice.

Cumin Seeds

Cumin seeds are an alma mater and digestive aid suitable for all doshas. Start your day with a warm glass of water blended with a pinch of powdered ginger and cumin to help flush out toxins.

Lassi

A drink called lassi is made by combining one part yogurt with two parts water. If eaten either during or after a meal, it is a highly effective nutritional digestive aid. Lashings can be flavored with salt, roasted ground cumin seeds, raw sugar or honey, and a small amount of crushed cardamom.

Juicy, Seasonal Fruits

Seasonal, juicy fruits are extremely nourishing and cleansing. Juicy fruits have the most healing power when they are fully ripe.

After 30, making these food decisions becomes more crucial to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle in the coming years.

Leafy Green Vegetables

Vegetables that are green and leafy are nourishing and cleansing. Their bitter taste benefits skin conditions, balances blood sugar, and stimulates the liver. Use a little oil or ghee to prepare.

Cow's Milk

Ayurveda views cow's milk as a vitalizer and advises it for people who have become malnourished due to an accident. As to Ayurveda, milk should be brought to a rolling boil in order to eliminate any potential source of extra mucus. To further lessen the clogging properties of milk, mix in a small teaspoon of ginger or black pepper. Milk should also be consumed, apart from any food that has a flavor other than sweet.

Water

Water is good for everyone and helps with almost all forms of healing. It helps with digestion and works especially well to get rid of ama when consumed warm.

Period issues? Try to relax throughout your period to aid in your body's natural cleansing process. For the first few days, take it easy, engage in enjoyable activities, and limit your exercise to brisk walks. Additionally, our Ashokarishtam formula balances the body's natural hormone flow and aids the reproductive system.

At last, Dr. Chaitali said, "If a woman wishes to become a mother, she should focus on taking care of her reproductive tissue, or shukra dhatu. Fresh, organic produce, dairy, soaked almonds and walnuts, date milkshakes, broccoli and asparagus (if your Vata type can take the cabbage family), and rice pudding are foods that nourish the reproductive cells and increase conception."
