Apple Event 2023 Highlights: Apple iPhone 15 Series, Apple Watch 9 Series And Watch Ultra 2 Unveiled

Even after series of speculations, Apple has not announced any 'Ultra' trim for the iPhone 15 series. 

Apple has announced the price of its Pro Models:

iPhone 15 Pro is priced at USD 999 (128 GB) 

iPhone 15 Pro Max is priced at US 1199 (256 GB)

The Apple iPhone 15 Series will be available for pre-orders starting September 15 and will be available on store starting September 22. 

The iPhone 15 Pro gets a Spatial Video feature to take 3D videos which can later be shared using the Vision Pro. 

Apple has introduced a new enhanced camera upgrade with two times better low light performance, 48 MP primary shooter. 

Tim Cook announces new A17 chipset for Pro models with a promise of better promise. The company also introduced a new GPU for better performance inclduing photography. 

Apple has announced the iPhone 15 Pro with the action button, titanium deisgn and more segment first features.

Apple has introduced the iPhone 15 for USD 799 and the iPhone 15 Plus for USD 899. 

Apple has placed the 5-core GPU, 6-core along with the old A16 Bionic chipset in iPhone 15.

Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will get 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch display. It gets 48 MP primary shooter with computation photography anddouble resolution with 2x telephoto option.

The price of Apple Watch 9 series begin with USD 299 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is available at a price of USD 799

On September 22, the new Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 will be available for purchase. 

Apple has introduced its flagship Apple Watch Ultra 2 with 3,000 nits peak brightness, S9 chipset and up to 36 hours of battery life. 

The Apple Watch 9 with Aluminium case will be available in Midnight (black), Starlight (cream), Product Red, silver and pink, while the Stainless steel models will be available in gold, graphite (dark gray) and silver.

Users can now use double tap feature to answer calls, scroll widgets or cut calls, snooze alarm and more. 

Apple Watch 9 Series gets improved display with 2,000 nits peak brightness and All-Retina display. It also gets a slew of connectivity features including Namedrop, HomePod connectivity. 

Users can now ask for variety of things from their smartwatches including 'How much did I sleep' and more. It will be available later this year in two languages.

Apple will be introducing an all-new Type-C cables, says a report. The iPhone 15 series will not be getting the charger and the cable, the report added.

Apple Event 2023: As the clock continues to race towards 10:30 PM in India, over one lakh users have tuned into the official live stream of the 'Wonderlust' event on YouTube.

Nothing, a London-based tech company, taking to X (formerly called Twitter), shared a picture of a Lightning to USB dongle and said: "Who's ready?" It seems the Nothing Phone (2) maker wishes to highlight the change to the USB Type-C and its universal use cases.

While not a lot of details about the TWS are out, Apple may announce a new wireless solution with a USB Type-C port at the 'Wonderlust' event in the AirPods Pro lineup, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported.

iPhone 15 Pro Leaks: There are strong speculations in the tech fraternity that Apple could swap the glossy stainless steel frame with a brushed titanium alternative on the Pro models.

Unlike previous rumours that Apple could announce the upcoming Pro models with up to 2TB internal storage, a fresh leak from MacRumors suggests that the storage will likely peak at 1TB.

According to Mark Gurman, a reliable name for Apple-associated leaks, the iPhone 15 Pro models may have slim bezels, about one-third compared to its predecessors. The company is reportedly using low-injection pressure overmolding (LIPO) process to achieve this.

According to reports, the iPhone 13 Mini may be discontinued after the launch of the iPhone 15 series. It is the right time to buy the mini iPhone as it is available at a discounted price on the e-commerce website Flipkart.

We are just three hours away from witnessing the live streaming of the Wonderlust event. The showcase may introduce a wide range of upgrades to the iPhone 14 series successors. Plus, Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 may debut with comparatively minor changes.

Apple is also expected to introduce the all new A17 Bionic chipset which will be powering the iPhone 15 Pro series. 

Apple is expected to bring the periscopic lenses to the Pro models in order to let users take high-quality zoom shots from their iPhones. 

Apple is expected to get pastel series and may include Coral Orange and Peach Pink. 

Apple iPhone 15 series will reportedly available for purchase in the Indian market same day as the global markets. This comes after several reports claim that Apple has been manufacturing the latest generation iPhone 15 series at the Foxconn's Chennai plant.

The rumour mill has also suggested that Apple AirPods Pro may also come with the Type-C port.

The company has not made any official announcement about the same. The reports, however, suggests that Apple may replace the lightning port with Type-C port. 

In order to comply with the new EU regulations, Apple is speculated to introduce new generation devices with Type-C port. The report suggests all the iPhones will get Type-C port and not the Lightning Port. Apple is also expected to change the Lightning Port with Type-C port. 

According to reports, Apple will make significant improvements to the iPhone 15 Pro series while making few changes to vanilla trims, resulting in a hefty price tag for the iPhone 15 Pro and higher models.
