Dreame has launched a new wet and dry vacuum cleaner in India. Called the Dreame H12 Dual FlexReach, the new model is aimed at people who want one cleaning device for different jobs around the house. It can be used for floor cleaning as well as carpets, sofas, curtains, keyboards and car interiors.
The Dreame H12 Dual FlexReach is priced at Rs. 44,999 in India. It is available through Dreame’s official website from September 1, followed by Amazon from September 5. Croma will start selling it in the third week of September, while select retail stores will also carry the vacuum.
Dreame H12 Dual FlexReach features
The H12 Dual FlexReach supports six cleaning functions and comes with different attachments for different surfaces. Apart from washing and vacuuming hard floors, users can switch to the other attachments for cleaning carpets, sofas, curtains, keyboards and car interiors.
The vacuum can also be reclined by up to 180 degrees. This allows it to slide under beds, sofas and other low furniture. Dreame says the vacuum body can reach spaces as low as 14cm, while the brush head can go down to 9.6cm.
For cleaning, the H12 Dual FlexReach offers 23,000Pa of suction. It is designed to pick up everyday dust and debris, along with wet messes and larger particles such as food, coffee beans and kitchen spills.
The vacuum uses Dreame’s TangleCut Resilient Scraper to reduce hair getting caught around the brush. The brush is also rinsed with fresh water during cleaning, which helps reduce the amount of cleaning users need to do themselves.
Up to 60 minutes of battery life
The H12 Dual FlexReach comes with a detachable battery. Dreame claims up to 50 minutes of runtime when washing floors and up to 60 minutes when used in vacuum mode. The actual runtime will vary depending on the cleaning mode.
Since the battery can be removed, users can also swap it with another battery for longer cleaning sessions, although the additional battery would need to be purchased separately.
The vacuum can clean its brush on its own using a 90-degree Celsius hot-wash system. The process is designed to remove grease and residue from the brush. It then uses hot air to dry the brush, with different drying modes available.
AirGuard filtration and LED brush
The H12 Dual FlexReach comes with AirGuard Multi-Cone Technology and a multi-stage filtration system. Dreame claims it can capture 99.95 percent of particles measuring 0.3μm or larger. The system combines pre-filtration, precision filtration and multi-cone cyclone technology.
There is also a PowerAlign Grip, which positions the motor and battery closer to the user's hand. Dreame says this is intended to make the vacuum easier to handle and reduce wrist strain during longer cleaning sessions.
The multi-surface brush gets white LED lights that can help make dust and other small particles easier to spot on hard floors. The brush has an anti-tangle design and can be used on both hard floors and carpets.

The Dreame H12 Dual FlexReach Wet & Dry Vacuum costs Rs. 44,999 in India. It will be available on Dreame’s official website from September 1 and Amazon from September 5. Croma will begin selling it in the third week of September, along with select retail stores.
The vacuum comes with a one-year warranty. Dreame says its after-sales network covers more than 160 cities across India. Pick-up and drop service and installation support are also available at eligible locations.
