A fresh set of photographs featuring US President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton and former Prince Andrew has been released by Democratic lawmakers on the US House Oversight Committee, intensifying political pressure ahead of a crucial December 19 deadline for the Department of Justice to make public its own files on the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
The Democratic members said they received nearly 95,000 photographs from Epstein’s estate, of which 19 images, lacking captions or dates were made public on Friday. These are separate from the documents the Justice Department is legally required to release.
High-Profile Figures Seen In Photos
Among the images is a black-and-white photograph of Trump surrounded by six unidentified women. Other photographs include Clinton seen with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, while additional frames feature Steve Bannon, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, former Harvard president Larry Summers and attorney Alan Dershowitz. Another image shows a bowl of novelty condoms with Trump’s caricature and the text “I’m HUUUUGE!”, apparently photographed at an event.

Democrats argue that the publication of these visuals underscores the urgency of full transparency. “The American people deserve the truth. The Justice Department must release all the files now,” said Rep. Robert Garcia, the panel’s top Democrat. He accused the Trump administration of previously blocking access to records related to the case.
Republican Panel Hits Back
Republican members of the Oversight Committee criticised the Democrats’ selective release, accusing them of “cherry-picking images” to create a narrative against Trump. They noted that the committee, under GOP leadership, has already released tens of thousands of documents received from Epstein’s estate.
Trump has previously denied the allegation in emails released earlier from the estate showed Epstein boasting that Trump “spent hours” with Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers. The documents also indicated coordination between Epstein and Maxwell in crafting responses to Giuffre’s lawsuit.
Bill Signed, Files Pending
Last month, Trump signed a bill directing the Justice Department to publicly release all records collected during the federal sex-trafficking investigations of Epstein and Maxwell. The legislation, however, has triggered new political headaches, as questions grow about what the yet-unreleased documents contain.
The DOJ holds more than 300 gigabytes of Epstein-related material, including interviews, surveillance logs, flight records, search-warrant evidence, and FBI “302” witness statements. Some sensitive materials, including child-abuse imagery, will not be released under any circumstances. Judges in New York and Florida have already denied requests to unseal grand jury testimony.
Epstein’s death in 2019 while awaiting trial, and Maxwell’s 2021 conviction for trafficking minors, continue to fuel public scrutiny of the financier’s powerful associates. Many high-profile names have surfaced in civil lawsuits, flight logs and previous evidence releases.
