Due to the anticipated crowds in the market for the Dhanteras and Diwali festivals, the Traffic Police have implemented route diversions within the city.

SP Traffic Rajkumar Pandey stated that the diversions will be in effect from 10:00 AM on Saturday until 12:00 midnight on October 20. Two-wheelers and four-wheelers must be parked at five designated locations. Action will be taken against those who violate these directives.

Route diversions will be in effect on the following routes:

The entry of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws from Kalimandir towards Golghar will be restricted.

- The entry of autos and e-rickshaws will be restricted from KachehriChauraha towards Ganesh Chauraha, from GM Post Office Tiraha towards Ganesh Chauraha, and from Tamkuhi Tiraha towards Kachehri Chauraha.

- The entry of autos and e-rickshaws from Shastri Chauraha towards KachehriChauraha will be restricted.

- Autos and e-rickshaws traveling via Ghosh Company Chauraha towards RetiChauraha and NakhasChauraha will be restricted.

- All types of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws going from Normal Taxi Stand towards the Ghantaghar route will be restricted.

- All types of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws traveling from AlahdadpurTiraha towards Ghantaghar via Raiganj will be restricted.

- All types of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws from DurgabadiChauraha towards CharanlalChauraha will be restricted.

- Roadways buses, oil tankers, gas tankers, milk vehicles, and other government vehicles will travel via University Chauraha and Mohaddipur Chauraha, taking the Charphatak Overbridge to the Kauwabagh Bypass route, then proceeding via Asuran Chauraha, Khajanchi Chauraha, Sport College Chauraha, Ramnagar Tiraha, and Industrial Area Mod to Bargadwa Chauraha, continuing towards Farenda Sonouli.

- Heavy vehicles coming from Farenda and Pipiganj towards Gorakhnath Temple will be restricted. These vehicles will be diverted from BargadwaChauraha via Industrial Area Mod, Ramnagar Chauraha, Sport College Chauraha, Khajanchi Chauraha, Asuran Chauraha, and the Kauwabagh route to the Charphatak Overbridge, then proceed via Mohaddipur towards Deoria and Kushinagar.

- All types of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws will be restricted from Sumer Sagar Tiraha to Vijay Chauraha and from Jatashankar Tiraha to Ali Nagar Chauraha.

- All types of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws will be restricted on the route from BarfkhanaTiraha to Basantpur Chauraha, Ghantaghar Chauraha, and Lal Diggi.

- All types of loaders, autos, and e-rickshaws will be restricted from Madina Masjid Tiraha via the Shahmaruf route.
