The process of allocating residential plots to farmers of Birondi Chakrasenpur village, who have been awaiting compensation following land acquisition, is set to commence soon. Following in-principle approval from the Greater Noida Authority CEO, NG Ravi Kumar, the planning department has issued a notice inviting objections and suggestions. More than 100 farmers are expected to benefit from this initiative.
The CEO confirmed that the allocation process is progressing rapidly and assured that all eligible farmers will receive their plots in the new year. A site has already been identified, and plots will be distributed through a draw.

Meanwhile, the allocation of 6 per cent and 10 per cent residential plots for farmers from other villages, including Kasna, Dadha, Sirsa, Itera, Bisrakh, Patwari, Pali, and Rithori, is also underway. Approximately 1,000 farmers from these villages will benefit, with residents of Sirsa and Dadha already receiving their plots.
Under the prevailing rules, farmers are entitled to 6 per cent of the acquired land as residential plots. However, following court directives, some farmers who demanded an additional 4 per cent plot will receive it separately.
The process of preparing beneficiary lists from villages such as Dadha, Patwari, Thapkhera, Ghanghola, Itera, and Sirsa is ongoing, and plot distribution is being carried out in phases.
