On the occasion of Republic Day, 35 police personnel will be honoured with the Chief Minister's Gallantry Medal and the Chief Minister's Commendation Letter for their brave and excellent work in UP. 10 police personnel will be given the Chief Minister's Gallantry Medal for acts of bravery, and 25 police personnel will receive the Chief Minister's Commendation Letter for excellent and commendable service. 

Police personnel honoured with the Gallantry Medal will be given the medal, a commendation letter, and an incentive of Rs 1,000 per month. Police personnel receiving the commendation letter will be given a one-time cash amount of Rs 25,000.

The 10 police personnel who demonstrated exceptional bravery during gallant operations, in risky situations, and in the line of duty include Dharmendra Singh Rathore (Inspector, Bulandshahr), Keshav Shandilya (Sub-Inspector, STF), Rahul Kumar (STF), Ajay Kumar Verma (Sub-Inspector, Mathura), Ghanshyam Yadav (Sub-Inspector, STF), Randhir Singh (Head Constable, STF), Amit Tripathi (Constable, STF), Amit (Inspector, STF), Manish Bisht (Inspector, Commissionerate Ghaziabad), and Avnish Kumar Tyagi (Sub-Inspector, Mainpuri). 

Among the 25 police personnel who will be given the Chief Minister's Commendation Letter for excellent service, discipline, and efficiency are Amit Kumar (Sub-Inspector, Bareilly), Shekhar Verma (Constable, Bareilly), Sarfaraz Ahmed (Constable, Bareilly), Piyush Kumar (Sub-Inspector - formerly Constable, Lucknow Commissionerate), Surendra Kumar (Head Constable, Mathura), Pawan Bhati (Constable, Mathura), and Sonu Bhati (Constable, Mathura).

Baijnath Ram (Head Constable, STF), Vinod Kumar Yadav (Constable Commando, STF), Neeraj Kumar Sharma (Inspector, Agra Commissionerate), Jaiveer Singh (Inspector, Agra Commissionerate), Navneet Kumar (Constable, Mainpuri), Vikas Saxena (Inspector, GRP-Mathura Junction), Lokesh Kumar (Head Constable, GRP Mathura Junction), Alok Ranjan (Head Constable, STF), Shivanand Shukla (Head Constable, STF), Adesh Tyagi (Inspector, Jaunpur), Sandeep Kumar Singh (Head Constable, Jaunpur), Surendra Yadav (Head Constable, Azamgarh), Abhimeet Kumar Tiwari (Head Constable, Azamgarh), Ravindra Singh (Sub-Inspector, Sambhal), Bharat Bhushan Tiwari (Inspector, ATS), Sunny Kumar (Constable, Azamgarh), Sanjay Kumar (Head Constable, ATS), and Madan Kumar Paswan (Head Constable, ATS) will be given the Chief Minister's Commendation Letter.
