Train operations arriving from Western Uttar Pradesh were significantly disrupted due to fog. On Saturday, several trains, including the Shatabdi Express, were caught in the low visibility conditions.
The Shatabdi Express departed from New Delhi at its scheduled time of 6:10 am; however, by the time it reached Aligarh, it was running late by 1 hour and 15 minutes. Similarly, the operations of a dozen other trains, including the Lucknow Mail, were affected on Saturday.
