UPAVP Housing Scheme 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has introduced a new housing scheme offering a wide range of flats - from affordable units to premium options across major cities in the state. Discounts For Payments Within 60 Days
The highlight of the scheme is the significant discounts offered on payments. If a buyer completes the entire payment within 60 days, they will receive a flat 15 percent discount. Those who pay within 61 to 90 days will receive a 10 percent discount. Interested buyers can also purchase the flat on EMI plans for up to ten years, making the scheme even more beneficial for middle-income groups.
The scheme offers substantial discounts on early payments. Buyers who settle the full amount within 60 days receive a flat 15 per cent discount, while those completing payment between 61 and 90 days are eligible for a 10 per cent discount. Additionally, the option to purchase the flat through EMI plans of up to ten years makes the scheme more accessible. All UPAVP housing units are government-owned, eliminating any risk of legal complications or ambiguity.
