In the middle of the road in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, a young girl was crying while her mother kept hitting and scolding her in public. The painful scene was recorded by someone nearby, and the video has now spread widely on social media. The incident is said to have happened at Mithanpura Market. People around noticed that the child was struggling to carry her school bag.
Later, it was revealed that the bag was filled with bricks and stones. Witnesses claimed it felt as heavy as 10 bricks, far too much for a small child. The girl kept crying, but her mother continued to slap her again and again. In the video, a man can be heard saying, "112 mein phone kijiye," asking someone to call the Emergency Response Support System. However, no one seemed to take action at that moment. The woman replied angrily, "Jisko phone karna hai kijiye."

Some bystanders tried to reason with her. "Aise nahi kiya jaata hai," one man said. Another person added, "Bachche ko zabardasti torture kar rahi hai." Even after hearing these words, the woman did not stop. She finally walked away from the spot with the girl and reportedly warned that she would beat her again once they reached home.
