Maharashtra Ladki Bahin Scheme Update: In a big update, e-KYC has been made mandatory for beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme by the Maharashtra government.

The Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana provides monthly assistance of Rs 1,500 to women in the age group of 21-65, whose annual family income is not more than Rs 2.5 lakh. The Mahayuti government has made a provision of Rs 36,000 crore for Ladki Bahin Yojana for the year 2025-26.

Maharashtra Govt Sets Deadline For Ladki Bahin Scheme 

The Maharashtra government has set a two-month for beneficiaries to complete the process, as per news agency PTI.

E-KYC Facility Here

The e-KYC facility is available on the web portal, 'ladakibahin.maharashtra.gov.in'.

This process is simple and convenient, and to maintain transparency in the scheme and ensure regular benefits to eligible women, everyone should complete it, Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare said in a post on X.

If Aadhaar authentication isn’t completed, the benefits will be stopped. Beneficiaries must complete the e-KYC process every year without fail.
