Pune Airport News: The operations at Pune International Airport, which include: passenger handling, baggage systems, security protocols, and operational workflows, have been shifted to the New Integrated Terminal Building (NITB) on Tuesday. Five international flights, including new services launched this year by various airlines are now operational from NITB. At present around 23 flights operate at the Pune airport, with over 80 per cent of these services now running from the new terminal.

Only a few domestic flights, operated by IndiGo and regional airlines like FLY91, remain in the old terminal, with plans for all operations to eventually move to the new facility, as per an Indian Express report.
