An interesting scene unfolded outside the office of a Pune company after an employee quit his 'toxic' job in style following a 3-year stint at the same firm. The employee, Aniket Randhir, not only resigned but arranged 'Dhols' to dance off the frustration with a celebration in front of the company. A video showing Aniket dancing on 'Dhol' and drum beats in front of his manager, went viral over social media, with the Internet hailing his decision and sharing stories about their workplace environment.
Aniket, a sales executive at a Pune company, left his job due to the toxic work environment and the unbearable work pressure. However, he planned a grand departure from the firm as a way to celebrate his release from the "toxic job" and depressing work environment.
Danced Off On Dhol Beats
Aniket not only danced alone but also invited his manager to join him in the unconventional celebration. The manager, however, angrily watched him dance off to the drum beats. After a while, the manager could be seen starting to push and scold Aniket and his company.
Popular Queer Instagram influencer Anish Bhagat shared the video on his profile, putting a caption: "Satisfaction level, I think a lot of you are going to relate to this. Toxic work culture is so prominent these days. Lack of respect and entitlement is quite common. Aniket is ready to begin with his next step. I hope this story inspires people.
