It is not a good idea to forgo sleep in favour of work. Cells are renewed during sleep, which also relaxes the body. Hence, for productivity and creativity at work, it is crucial. You have the option of eating five to six little meals or three larger ones each day. Have wholesome snacks on hand for those between-meal cravings. You'll be less tempted to eat junk food if it is difficult to find it. Avoid skipping meals. Missing meals makes you more stressed and frustrated and may cause you to make poor eating decisions. Working while hungry promotes irritability, tension, and frustration. 

3. Take Short Breaks - It is highly advised that you take brief pauses in between, ideally once every two hours, according to Sri Sri Ravishankar. To improve the circulation in your legs, go for a little walk. Take a break from looking at the computer screen at least once every 45 minutes. You can perform some simple eye yoga.

Sri Sri states that the secret to managing work stress is planning. You must develop your planning and prioritising skills.
