1. Chandi Devi Temple - Perched on the Neel Parvat in the Shivalik Hills, the Chandi Devi Temple is one of the most lovely religious places in Haridwar. Built in 1929 by the then-king of Kashmir, it is thought that the goddess statue inside the temple dates back to the eighth century. One of the most well-known pilgrimages draws followers year-round. This sacred temple is a "Siddha Peetha" where worshippers go to get their wishes granted. 

2. Mansa Devi Temple - One of the most well-known Hindu temples devoted to the goddess Mansa Devi is the Mansa Devi Temple, which is also one of the most important sacred sites to see in Haridwar. The Goddess is said to have sprung from Lord Shiva's intellect and is said to be a manifestation of Shakti. Situated atop the Bilwa Parvat on the Shivalik Hills, the temple is also one of the five pilgrimages, or "Panch Tirths," in Haridwar. Har Ki Pauri - The sacred Har Ki Pauri, regarded as one of the holiest Ghats in Haridwar and all of India, is a venerated place that receives a plethora of visits from devotees and tourists hoping to receive the blessings of the Holy Ganga. According to Indian mythology, the "Brahmakund," the location of the evening and morning aartis, is one of the four locations where the drops of Amrit were inadvertently spilled by the celestial bird Garuda. A dip in the enchanted Ganges waters here is believed to wash away one's sins. 

4. Daksha Mahadev Temple - Haridwar Daksha Mahadev Temple, a well-known temple in Kankhal, is devoted to Lord Shiva and is inundated with worshippers during the fortunate Sawan month in August. The father of Devi Sati, King Daksha Prajapati, is honoured by the temple's name. The temple honours the Hindu goddess Maya, who is seen as a manifestation of Adi Shakti, or Absolute Power, and is one of the three Shaktipeeth in the sacred city of Haridwar. Haridwar was formerly known as Mayapuri in honour of this goddess. The shrine is one of the city's Siddh Peetha temples and features four limbs and three heads. The temple is adorned with the idols of Goddess Kamakhya and Goddess Kali, both of whom are manifestations of Adi para shakti, in addition to the presiding goddess.

Shri Chintamani Parswanath Jain Temple - This temple, one of the most well-known Jain temples in Haridwar, is particularly important to the Jain community, but it is also frequented by people of many faiths because of its distinctive architecture, which gives it a distinct personality.
