Kalki Dham Temple Sambhal: Since Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the Kalki Dham Temple in the Uttar Pradesh district of Sambhal on February 19, the temple has been in the headlines. Under the direction of former Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam, the Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust is constructing this temple. Let us know why this temple is so significant for the Hindus. 

Kalki Dham Temple Sambhal: Significance Of This Temple 

This sacred temple is dedicated to Lord Kalki, who is believed to be the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu in the Kaliyuga. Since it is believed to be the original "Dham," where God's temple was founded before his incarnation, this temple is regarded as the most special temple in the world.  This temple's 10 sanctums will represent Lord Vishnu's ten avatars.

Kalki Dham Temple Sambhal: Other Relevant Details About This Temple 

- The construction of the five-acre Kalki Dham Temple is anticipated to take approximately five years to complete. This temple, along with the Ayodhya Ram Mandir and Somnath Temple, will all be built using the same pink-coloured stone.  

- Since the architecture "shaili" is identical, neither steel nor iron frameworks will be utilised in its construction. The temple's "shikhara," which will be 108 feet high, will have a platform 11 feet above the ground, and 68 pilgrimage sites will be established here.

- According to the holy Hindu texts, Lord Shiva will give Lord Kalki a white horse called "Devdutt" when his incarnation takes place. He will receive a sword from Lord Parshuram, and Lord Brihaspati will teach him. The idol for the temple will be created with these specifics in mind.

- A new idol of Lord Kalki will be created, and a Pran Pratishtha of the idol will be held similar to the Ram Mandir Consecration Ceremony, all while the Kalki Peeth remains in its original spot.
