She bestows one with possessions of luxury, abundance, and riches since she is the dynamic power of Lord Vishnu. She assists in easing any financial and debt-related suffering. Ardent devotees worship the goddess especially on Friday to attain prosperity and wealth.
Numerous hymns, shlokas, stotras, and mantras are recited for Goddess Lakshmi during ritual worship in order to invoke her blessings. 1. Lakshmi Gayatri Mantra
ॐ महादेव्यै च विद्महे विष्णु पत्न्यै च धीमहि,
तन्नो लक्ष्मीः प्रचोदयात् |
Om Mahadevyai Cha Vidmahe Vishnu Patnayai Cha Dheemahi,
Tanno Lakshmih Prachodyaat ||
Meaning: Let me pray to the most powerful goddess, who is the eternal consort of Lord Vishnu, for greater intelligence, wealth, and abundance.
2. Lakshmi Bija Mantra
ॐ ह्रीं श्रीं लक्ष्मीभयो नमः॥
Om Hreem Shreem Lakshmibhayo Namah॥
Meaning: Dear goddess of fortune, I invite abundance in all aspects of my life because of your choicest blessings.
3. Mahalakshmi Mantra
ॐ सर्वाबाधा विनिर्मुक्तो, धन धान्यः सुतान्वितः।
मनुष्यो मत्प्रसादेन भविष्यति न संशयः ॐ ।।
Om Sarvabaadhaa Vinirmukto, Dhan Dhaanyah Sutaanvitah |
Manushyo Matprasaaden Bhavishyati Na Sanshayah Om ||
Meaning: Dear Goddess Lakshmi, please expel all the evil energies from my life and bless me with wealth, prosperity, and a brighter future.
4. Ekadashakshar Siddha Lakshmi Mantra
।। ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं क्लीं श्रीं सिध्द लक्ष्म्यै नमः ।।
|| Om Shring Hring Kling Shring Sidhda Lakshmyai Namah ||
Meaning: O mother Lakshmi, Goddess of Wealth, I bow in front of you. Please bless me with success and abundance in all endeavours.
5. Shree Lakshmi Nrisingh Mantra
।। ॐ ह्रीं क्ष्रौं श्रीं लक्ष्मी नृसिंहाय नमः ।।
।। ॐ क्लीन क्ष्रौं श्रीं लक्ष्मी देव्यै नमः ।।
|| Om Hring Kshraung Shring Lakshmi Nrisinghay Namah ||
|| Om Kling Kshraung Shring Lakshmi Devyai Namah ||
Meaning: I bow to the might lord Narasinghadev and his wife goddess Lakshmi. Please bless me with wealth and prosperity.
