Radha Gopinath Ji Temple Jaipur: Madhu Pandit, whose virtues are extolled in the Bhakti Ratnakar, established Shri Gopinath Mandir, one of the Saptadevalvas (seven ancient temples) of Vrindavan. One can find his Samadhi next to the temple courtyard. Madhu Pandit, a follower of Shri Gadadhar Goswami, travelled to Vrindavan from Nabadwip with the intention of finding Krishna. At this place, he began living under the guidance of Shri Paramananda Bhattacharya.
The apparition of Shri Gopinath, who was initially worshipped at Vamsi Vat, is described in two distinct ways. One of them claims that he showed up in front of Paramananda Bhattacharya, while the other recounts his meeting with Madhu Pandit, who spent forty years serving the god in his hut. The current red sandstone temple was later built for him by Jaipur's Raja Raesaal Shekhawat (Rae shilji), probably after Emperor Akbar's Braj visit in 1573 AD. The ancient Deity was relocated to Jaipur and a Prati-bhuh murti was erected in its stead during Aurangzeb's furious rule.

Let us know the legend behind this narrative.
Radha Gopinath Ji Mandir: Why The Deity Idol Of Lord Krishna Wears A Wristwatch In This Temple?
As per the local legend, an Englishman tied this watch on the wrist of Lord Krishna's idol in this temple over fifty years ago. He tied a watch on the Lord's wrist to verify the veracity of the information he had learned about the existence of life in the idol of Lord Krishna. This unique clock used to function through the pulse rate and not from the cell. The moment the clock was placed on Gopinath ji’s wrist, it began to tick.
