Vivah Panchami 2025: Rituals
Wake up early in the morning, take a bath, and wear clean clothes. Clean the place of worship and place the idol or picture of Lord Rama and Sita on a pedestal. Perform a pure Abhishekam of Shri Sita Ram with Ganga Jal on the idol or picture. Dress the deities in yellow clothes or offer them yellow clothes. Perform the puja rituals with fresh flowers, rice grains, sandalwood paste, roli, turmeric, etc. Offer offerings like fruits, sweets, jaggery, and kheer to the Lord. Light a lamp and perform aarti with incense sticks. Recite the Ram Raksha Stotra, Sita-Rama Vivah Stuti, or the Balakanda of the Ramcharitmanas. At the end, pray for the happiness, prosperity, and well-being of the family and a happy married life.
