1. Raphinha’s Goalscoring Form
Raphinha continued his outstanding start to the season with another two goals against Feyenoord. The Brazilian has quickly established himself as one of Barcelona’s biggest attacking threats and once again showed his ability to deliver when his team needs him.

His first goal came early in the match after a combination with Yamal, with Raphinha displaying excellent composure inside the box before finding the net. His second arrived after the break, as he finished another well-worked Barcelona move to complete his brace.
The goals show how important Raphinha has become in Flick’s attacking system. Rather than simply operating as a traditional winger, the Brazilian is increasingly finding dangerous positions in and around the penalty area.
His consistency has been particularly impressive. After producing regularly in domestic competition, Raphinha has now carried that form onto the Champions League stage.
2. Lamine Yamal Continues To Shine
Lamine Yamal was another major talking point from Barcelona’s victory. The young forward once again demonstrated why he is regarded as one of the most exciting players in world football.
Yamal was heavily involved in Barcelona’s attacking moves and played a key role in creating opportunities for his teammates. His understanding with Raphinha was particularly noticeable, with the pair causing constant problems for Feyenoord’s defence.
The youngster also found the net, adding another goal to what has been an impressive start to the campaign.
3. Barcelona’s Attacking Depth
The third major talking point was Barcelona’s attacking depth. Scoring five goals against Feyenoord highlighted the number of different threats Flick currently has at his disposal.
Raphinha and Yamal grabbed much of the attention, but Barcelona’s attacking performance was not dependent on one player. Their movement, passing and ability to create chances from different areas made it extremely difficult for Feyenoord to stay compact.
The result also showed the confidence within Flick’s system. Barcelona continued to attack even after establishing a comfortable lead, rather than simply managing the game.
For a team hoping to challenge for the Champions League title, that variety could prove decisive.
