Goat India Tour: Legendary football player Lionel Messi reached Mumbai at noon, amidst heavy security, for the second day of his GOAT India tour. He is expected to go to Taj Colaba, where he will be taking some rest and then head to the Cricket Club of India (Brabourne Stadium) where he will be participating in the Padel GOAT Club event and then will be playing a celebrity football match.
Along with his Inter Miami teammates, Luis Suarez and Rodrigo de Paul, Messi will then head to Wankhede Stadium at 5 p.m. IST for the main event.
Mumbai Police have made sure that there are strict security arrangements, like restricted use of water bottles, metal objects, and coins in the stadiums, and watch towers have also been installed to manage the crowd.

Since there will be a large crowd when Messi visits the stadium, the police have employed more than 2000 police officers around the stadium.
"Considering the chaos that prevailed in Kolkata and the security breach, we have deployed World Cup-level security arrangements at Brabourne and Wankhede stadiums," a police official told PTI.
Messi landed on early Saturday, but the first leg in Kolkata became chaotic owing to poor crowd management.

But the second leg in Hyderabad was quite opposite to what happened in Kolkata, as it went smoothly and ended on a high note.
