AFTER Google, and Microsoft; Amazon, an American multinational technology company has now stepped into the ongoing artificial intelligence by launching an AI accelerator to help potential startups working in the field. A global program for 10 Generative AI startups that can show early traction is called the Amazon Web Services (AWS) "Generative AI Accelerator."

With this move, the company intends to provide up to $300,000 in AWS credits to assist in the development of AI services and solutions. The company has also announced that it has begun accepting applications for the next two weeks and that only ten startups will be chosen from among all applicants.

"Ideally, you'll already have a minimum viable product (MVP) and your sights set on seed-stage funding, with plans to raise in the next 18 months," Amazon said.

"We welcome machine learning startups with technical leads that are using or plan to use cloud technologies." We want to support you if you have game-changing ambitions in the Generative AI space," the company stated.

In addition, the business has scheduled a live event for May 24–25 and a Demo day for July 26–27 to highlight the development of its AI accelerator. The San Francisco Bay Area in the United States will be the location of the event.

"At the end of the 10-week program, you'll pitch to the Generative AI community, which includes investors, press, and customers, to raise awareness for your company," Amazon said.

Meanwhile, the Microsoft-backed ChatGPT is leading the way in the global artificial intelligence race. Microsoft has already integrated generative AI tools into its search engine Bing and plans to do so in other services as well.

Google, on the other hand, has remained silent about the public release date of its Bard AI. Interestingly, the company has already announced the integration of its AI-powered tools in Gmail and Google Docs services, allowing users to complete a variety of tasks in less time and with greater precision.
