Final Thoughts
Since its introduction last year, Uber’s Metro Ticketing feature has been a valuable asset for commuters in Delhi NCR who seek to save time and steer clear of inconvenient lines. By introducing a one-stop shop for booking through the app, UBER is making it easier and more attractive to choose public transportation. With an aim to simplify daily commute for users who already use public transport in their cities with metro systems. Although for now the feature covers only Delhi NCR, it’s possible that more cities will be added soon and making life easier for urban commuters across India.
