IKEA has quietly expanded its tech accessories lineup with the launch of three new wireless chargers under a fresh product family called Västmärke. Rolled out in select global markets, the range focuses on everyday usability rather than flashy specs, blending wireless charging with practical, home-first design choices.

The most interesting part is that all three accessories support Qi2 wireless charging, bringing magnetic alignment and up to 15W output to IKEA’s ecosystem at relatively accessible price points.
The smallest device in the lineup is the Västmärke Wireless Charger, a compact doughnut-shaped accessory wrapped in a bright red silicone finish. It’s clearly designed with portability in mind. The top section houses the magnetic charging pad that snaps compatible phones into place, while the bottom folds out into a grip. There’s also a hollow compartment built in to neatly store the attached USB-C cable, making it easy to toss into a bag without dealing with tangled wires.
For more stationary use, IKEA has introduced the Västmärke Wireless Charging Stand. Aimed at desks, bedside tables, and kitchen counters, the stand allows phones to be placed both vertically and horizontally. Magnetic alignment keeps the device steady, while the cork base gives it a more natural, furniture-friendly feel that fits right into IKEA’s design language. It’s clearly built for people who want their phone visible while charging, whether that’s for notifications, video calls, or following a recipe.
The most unconventional product in the range is the Västmärke Wireless Charger With Lighting. This model combines a wireless charging puck with a shallow bowl that can hold small items like keys or wallets. It also doubles as a mood or night light, which can be switched on by pressing the central charging puck. Made partly from glass, it’s designed to sit out in the open rather than being hidden away, blurring the line between tech accessory and home décor.
Across the board, all Västmärke chargers are Qi2 certified, support PD 3.0 and QC 2.0 standards, and deliver up to 15W of wireless charging. Each ships with a 120 cm USB-C cable, though users will need to supply their own power adapter. IKEA recommends its Sjöss 20W USB fast charger, sold separately.
The Västmärke wireless chargers are currently available in markets such as the US, Italy, and Germany. There’s no official word yet on a wider European rollout.
