According to the most recent tip, the iPhone 16 Pro Max, the future flagship model, will have the largest battery in the history of the iPhone series.

According to a report by MacRumors, a source revealed some of the potential details about the upcoming iPhone models, based on the supply chain sources. It also suggested that the company will increase the screen size from 6.1 inches to 6.3 inches for the iPhone 16 Pro along with better optical zoom ability.

iPhone 16 Pro series is expected to have longer standby time with the new improvements in the battery and power consumption. The iPhone 16 Pro series may get a bigger battery cell in order to offer better battery life. This means the iPhone 16 Pro series may get enhanced life compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max’s claimed 29 hours. The report suggests that it may touch the 30-hour mark.

Previously, tipster Majin Bu said that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will get a bigger 4,676 mAh battery, while the other variants, including the iPhone 16 Plus, may see a battery capacity drop. However, the company has not confirmed any update on the iPhone 16 series, and we will have to wait until September when the company typically introduces next-generation iPhones.

Meanwhile, the company is also expected to get an additional layer of Graphene to avoid overheating issues. The speculation comes after the iPhone 15 Pro series faced overheating issues. However, the company has not confirmed it as well.
