Motorola Edge 50 Ultra launched in the global markets in April this year. It seems the smartphone is now heading to India as the company has teased the debut of a new smartphone. While the company has not revealed the name, the rear design and finish hint the handset could be the Edge 50 Ultra. The wood-like finish on the back of the device is teased in the recent teaser.
It appears the Nordic Wood variant of the Edge 50 Ultra was revealed in the teaser image on X (formerly Twitter). In the global region, the handset is also available in a vegan leather finish in two shades: Peach Fuzz and Forest Grey. Meanwhile, considering the handset has already been launched in some markets, we can anticipate the specifications of the Edge 50 Ultra.

Moto Edge 50 Ultra Specifications (Expectations)
The smartphone will likely offer a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED 144Hz screen with 2,800nits peak brightness and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Under the hood, the device could offer a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and Android 14-based custom skin. It will likely have a 4,500mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
As for the optics, the device could offer a 50MP main + 50 MP ultrawide + 64 MP 3X telephoto rear and a 50MP selfie camera. Coming to connectivity, the handset could get Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and a USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port for charging and data transfer. As for the other notable features, the device could have an IP68 rating, an in-screen fingerprint reader, and dual stereo speakers.
Moto Edge 50 Ultra Price In India (Expectations)
Moto Edge 50 Ultra launched at a starting price of 999 Euros in the global market. However, the handset could reportedly debut in the sub-Rs 40,000-50,000 price bracket in India. At that price, it could take on the OnePlus 12R, Vivo V30 Pro and the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Civi, Realme GT 6 and more.
