Oppo is getting ready to launch its highly anticipated Reno 15 flagship series in India very soon after it was launched in China on November 17. The lineup is expected to include three models: Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 Mini, representing a refreshed take on the premium midrange portfolio.

While Oppo has not yet confirmed the India launch, numerous leaks indicate a possible launch by December 2025. This new series is tipped to bring in all-new MediaTek Dimensity 8000-series chips, 200MP cameras, and IP68/69-rated protection to go head-on against the high-end midrange options from Samsung and OnePlus.

Sleek Designs and Elegant Colours

The Reno 15 series is said to make its debut in a variety of premium finishes. The Reno 15 might come in blue, while the Reno 15 Pro may get a gold variant. Both may also come in white and brown, continuing Oppo's minimalist design philosophy.

Display and Build

The series is expected to impress with its visual quality across sizes, with the Reno 15 Pro boasting a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, while the standard Reno 15 and Reno 15 Mini are supposed to bear 6.59-inch and 6.32-inch displays, respectively. The Reno 15 series will reportedly come with a metal frame and IP68/IP69-certified protection for improved durability against dust and water.

Performance and Cameras

Here, MediaTek's Dimensity 8450 chip is expected to power the series, with the Reno 15 Pro possibly upgrading to the Dimensity 9400 for more powerful AI and gaming performance. The base model is said to feature a Samsung ISOCELL HP5 200MP primary sensor, dual 50MP ultrawide and 50MP periscope lenses, and a 50MP front camera for selfies.

On the power front, the Reno 15 Pro is tipped to pack a 6,500mAh battery with support for 50W wireless charging for enhanced convenience and endurance.

If leaks prove to be true, Oppo's Reno 15 lineup might redefine what a premium midrange smartphone delivers – power, design, and next-gen imaging bundled in one package.
