Redmi Note 15 Pro and Pro+ Launch Update: The Redmi Note 15 Pro Series 5G is going to make its debut in India soon, according to reports. This latest lineup is rumoured to include Redmi 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G, which has already made its debut in the global market in December.
Till now the company had teased its launch in India with exact dates still in the shadows, but now there are leaks that suggest what the launch date could be. These new handsets will be an addition to the Redmi Note 15 Series, of which the base Redmi Note 15 5G has already made its debut in India earlier this month.

According to a Smartprix report, a tipster who goes by the name Yogesh Brar has shared that the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Note 15 Pro+ will make their debut on the 27th of January in India. Leaks also suggest a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset for the Pro+ variant.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G is said to come with a big 6.83-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED display running at a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. On the camera front, it’s tipped to feature a dual rear setup led by a massive 200-megapixel main sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Selfies and video calls could be handled by a 32-megapixel front camera. Powering it all may be a 6,500mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, on the other hand, is expected to offer the same 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel but with a flat design instead of curved edges. It could run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset and is said to share the same primary rear camera as the Pro+ model. However, it may switch to a 20-megapixel selfie camera. The battery is tipped to be slightly larger at 6,580 mAh, though charging speeds are expected to be slower compared to the Pro+ variant.

Redmi has also teased the launch of the Redmi 15 Pro Series 5G in India as well, but its details are still behind the curtains. The Pro variant has also been spotted on Geekbench, with the model number 25080RABDI; the listing points towards an imminent launch in the country.
