Samsung A55, A35 India Launch Today: South Korean smartphone maker Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy A55 5G and A35 5G in India today at 02:30 PM. The devices will debut as the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A54 and A34.  

Meanwhile, the expected price and specifications of the device appeared online in a recent leak about the handsets.

Samsung Galaxy A55, Galaxy A35 Price (Expectations)

As per GSMArena, the pricing of the phones appeared on German retailer Otto's website. The Galaxy A55 could have a starting price of 480 Euros (roughly Rs 43,420) for 128GB, and the top-end trim with 256GB storage could cost 530 Euros (roughly Rs 47,950). On the other hand, the Galaxy A35 may have a starting price of 380 Euros (about Rs 34,400), with the 256GB model steeping at 450 Euros (roughly Rs 40,700).

Samsung A35, A55 Specifications (Expectations)

According to reports, the Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 may get a 6.6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the A55 may offer an Exynos 1480 chip compared to the Exynos 1380 on the Galaxy A35. Both phones will likely run on Android 14-based One UI 6. Samsung has promised four years of Android and five years of security updates with the phone.

The phones will likely offer a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging. The Galaxy A55 could have a 50MP + 12MP + 5MP rear and 32MP selfie lens. On the other hand, the A35 may have a 50MP + 8MP + 5MP rear and 13MP selfie lens. Both devices will likely get an in-screen fingerprint reader and an IP67 rating.
