The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE has surfaced on Geekbench once again, and if the latest listing is accurate, Samsung may not be changing course when it comes to the chipset powering its next Fan Edition phone.
A new benchmark entry, spotted by SammyGuru, shows a Samsung device carrying the model number SM-S741N, which is believed to be the South Korean version of the Galaxy S26 FE. While benchmark listings rarely reveal the full picture, the processor configuration points towards Samsung's Exynos 2500.

Another Sign Samsung Is Sticking With Exynos
The chipset listed on Geekbench features a 10-core CPU setup with clock speeds that match the Exynos 2500. That's the same processor Samsung introduced in 2025 and later used in the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Rumours surrounding the Galaxy S26 FE have been pointing in this direction for some time, but this latest appearance adds more weight to the possibility that Samsung's next Fan Edition phone will once again rely on an in-house Exynos chip rather than a Snapdragon alternative.

The benchmark listing also suggests the phone could ship with 8GB of RAM. While Geekbench reports the available memory as roughly 6.8GB, manufacturers typically market this configuration as 8GB.
Software details are equally interesting. The device appears to be running Android 17, which means Samsung could launch the handset with One UI 9 out of the box.

Not The First Galaxy S26 FE Sighting
This is actually the second time the Galaxy S26 FE has appeared on Geekbench.
An earlier listing for the SM-S741U variant, believed to be intended for another market, also pointed towards the Exynos 2500, Android 17, and 8GB RAM. That device recorded single-core and multi-core scores of 2,312 and 7,723 respectively.
Interestingly, the newly spotted Korean variant posts slightly lower numbers, although benchmark results often vary during pre-release testing and optimisation.
Launch Could Be Getting Closer
Samsung has yet to officially acknowledge the Galaxy S26 FE, but the steady stream of benchmark and certification appearances suggests the company is moving closer to launch.
The Galaxy S25 FE was unveiled in September 2025, and if Samsung follows a similar schedule this year, the Galaxy S26 FE may not be too far away.
