Galaxy S23 Ultra offers a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Quad HD+ 120Hz display with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and 1,750nits of peak brightness. It has a thickness of 8.9mm and weighs 233g. For performance, the handset boasts a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno 740 GPU and debuted with Android 13.
