Vivo V50 Lite update: Vivo is all set to release its upcoming Vivo V50 Lite smartphone in the affordable price range. It’s expected to launch at a lower price than the Vivo V50, and we now know quite a bit about it thanks to a recent Google Play Console listing. Along with the 4G model, Vivo is also planning a 5G version of the V50 Lite. Here’s what we know so far.
Vivo V50 Lite 4G Design and Display
The Vivo V50 Lite 4G has been spotted with the model number V2441 on the Google Play Console, confirming that it will come with 4G connectivity. There’s also a 5G variant, which carries the model number V2440, so Vivo seems to be following the dual-variant trend from its previous release, the Vivo V40 Lite.
From the design side, we can expect a punch-hole display with slim bezels, giving the phone a modern look. The power button and volume rockers will be placed on the right side of the phone, making them easy to reach. The rear camera setup will be housed in an oval-shaped module, and the phone will be available in a sleek golden color.
Specifications: What to Expect Inside the Vivo V50 Lite
In terms of performance, the Vivo V50 Lite 4G will sport a Full HD+ display, which should offer a good visual experience. It’ll be powered by 8GB of RAM, meaning it should handle multitasking and day-to-day tasks smoothly. The phone will run on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, so you’ll get the latest software features and updates.
Under the hood, it might be powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. This mid-range processor is paired with an Adreno 610 GPU for decent graphics performance. The Snapdragon 680 packs four high-performance Cortex-A73 cores running at 2400MHz and four efficiency-focused Cortex-A53 cores running at 1900MHz, providing a good balance between power and battery life.
Battery Life and Charging: A Big Upgrade
Battery life on the Vivo V50 Lite is looking impressive. The phone might feature a massive 6,500mAh battery, a significant upgrade from the previous Vivo V40 Lite, which had a 5,000mAh battery. Plus, it will support 90W fast charging—another big leap from the 80W charging speed offered by the V40 Lite. This should mean less time plugged in and more time using your phone.
Is the Vivo V50 Lite Worth the Wait?
With all these details now out in the open, it’s clear that the Vivo V50 Lite 4G is shaping up to be a solid, affordable option. It combines a large battery, a good display, and reliable performance—all at a price that won’t break the bank.
Stay tuned for the official release, as Vivo is likely to make more announcements soon!
