Hyderabad Water Cut: Hyderabad residents in several parts of the city will face a temporary drinking water disruption on Wednesday, November 26. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) said the supply will be stopped for six hours, from 10 AM to 4 PM, to carry out essential maintenance work.

According to the board’s statement, power will be interrupted at the 132 kV substations at Nasarlapalli, which support the Krishna Phase 1, 2 and 3 pumping stations. These stations supply drinking water to large parts of the Hyderabad metropolitan area. The shutdown will allow officials to repair bulk feeders and replace damaged current transformers.
