I was amazed and thrilled to hear a few days ago from my class teacher that I would be speaking at this event, and I apologize if I seem a little nervous as this is my first speech-giving experience in school.

Let us take a moment to reflect on the significance of this day as we celebrate Republic Day, also called "Gantantra Divas." Although the adoption ceremony took place on November 26, 1949, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, who is regarded as the father of the Indian Constitution, oversaw the formal adoption of our entire constitution on January 26, 1950.

Our leaders worked together to transform our nation into a republic, and this celebration is a modest way of thanking them for their hard work. When I speak of these leaders who against all odds drafted our Constitution. I get a great sense of pride. Let us remember them and show our appreciation for their dedication. Let us also take a moment to honor those brave soldiers who have defended our Republic Country over the years.

Let us all continue to uphold the integrity of our republic and adhere to the principles outlined in our constitution. As we begin the celebrations, our hearts are full of love and patriotism for our country. I sincerely hope that this love for our country grows in the years to come.
