Singer and songwriter Justin Bieber has been posting a series of photos from his vacation with his wife, Hailey Bieber. However, his latest pictures didn't sit well with netizens and sparked debate online. Some praised the couple's romantic outing amid divorce rumours, while others wonder if it was an attempt at cultural appropriation after making past remarks on racism and old viral dreadlocks look. Find out what made Justin's latest post create a buzz.

Justin and Hailey are enjoying their time in Italy. The Baby hitmaker shared a few photos from their holiday on X, which have garnered mixed reactions. Among the romantic images, one picture that caught attention was of the Canadian singer posing against a dark background.

Zooming Justin in pictures, one user wrote on X, "trying his ABSOLUTE hardest to look black omfgg."

Taking dig at Justin's old viral dreadlocks, another user posted, "He’s back."

Another user commented, "These are some dark looking times for this dude. Somebody do something. We all clearly see something ain't right."

Another comment read, "how is he trying to look black?"

This is not the first time Justin has received criticism over cultural appropriation. Back in 2019, the singer faced backlash when he sported dreadlocks, as per USA Today report. Amid the backlash, Justin also clarified his action by stating that he was just experimenting with his look.

Later in 2022, during his stage performance during the Justice Tour in Mexico, he talked about racial injustice just after the Buffalo massacre tragedy. In the video, he shared on his Instagram, the singer was heard saying, "This is a tour of unity and acceptance, we are all the same. In this world there are many divisions and a lot of racial injustice. We can make a difference, we can be together and unite. Racism is diabolical!"

"So, when we created the 'Justice' album, we wanted to make an intentional moment. A moment of unity, a moment of acceptance, a moment of belonging. In this world, there's a lot of division and what justice is for us to all come together. We know that racism is evil. It's wrong. But you and I, we get to be the difference-makers. We get to be the ones to stand with our brothers and sisters and make a change," he added.
