In the premiere episode, the 41-year-old reality star candidly admitted that she has not been sexually active for more than three years. Khloe shared that she is currently not dating or even texting anyone, explaining that her time and focus are fully devoted to her children and work. Her confession came up during a conversation with Simon Huck, who mentioned Julia Fox’s four-year celibacy while discussing a new campaign for Kourtney Kardashian’s wellness brand, Lemme.

Simon told Khloe about Julia’s choice to remain celibate and her involvement in promoting self-pleasure gummies. In response, Khloe laughed and revealed, “I haven’t had sex in over three years.” Her honesty surprised Simon, who then asked if she was at least seeing or speaking to anyone. Khloe made it clear that she wasn’t: “No. Not anyone I’m texting. Later in the episode, Khloe reflected on how content she feels at this stage of her life. “I love being 40. Being 40 has been sensational,” she said, adding that she recently came across a quote saying, “Why are you so happy? Because I’m not dating.” Khloe shared that she could relate completely, describing her single life as peaceful and fulfilling. She emphasised that motherhood has brought her immense joy and that she feels no pressure to date or seek romantic relationships at the moment.

Khloe’s romantic history includes her marriage to basketball player Lamar Odom from 2009 to 2016, followed by relationships with rapper French Montana, basketball star James Harden, and later Tristan Thompson. She shares two children with Thompson daughter True, born in 2018, and son Tatum, born via surrogacy in 2022. After facing several public challenges in her relationships, Khloe has made it clear that her current focus is on raising her kids and enjoying this phase of her life on her own terms.
