Marvel’s latest movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, hit the silver screens worldwide on July 25. The film has been receiving positive reviews from the audience so far. The film focuses on the Fantastic Four, who are forced to play their roles with the strength of their family bond. The four superheroes have to defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer. The film features Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, Pedro Pascal, Julia Garner, Ralph Ineson, John Malkovich and Natasha Lyonne in key roles. Like every Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie, they use post-credit scenes, The Fantastic Four: First Steps also followed the same rule to show what fans can expect from their next film Avengers: Doomsday.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps Post Credits Scene Explained
The movie has two post-credit scenes specifically. In the first scene, the movie jumps forward to four years, when the Fantastic Four are still living in their home (the Baxter Building). Sue Storm can be seen reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar to her child, Franklin. She later gives her son another book after declining robot assistant H.E.R.B.I.E.’s suggestion of Charles Darwin tome.

POST CREDIT SCENE explained:
We can see the text "4 years later"
Sue Storm is smiling at Franklin and she's playing with him. Then she goes to take something and right after she comes back, she sees RDJ's Doom with Franklin.

When Sue turned the book, a cloaked figure entered their room, holding the silver mask of Doctor Doom as Franklin was staring at her with curiosity. It shows only a brief glimpse of the villain, which will be played by Robert Downey Jr. It signifies Franklin’s unique reality-warping powers.

The second post credit scene shows a retro-style intro for a Fantastic Four cartoon. They fights with the villains of Red Ghost, Puppet Master, and Diablo. The Fantastic Four creator’s quote then flashes which reads, “If you look at my characters, you will find me...” And then a title card explained the importance of homage of Earth‑828 to his birthday, August 28.
