Wednesday is one of the popular American supernatural mystery comedy shows, which stars Jenna Ortega in the lead roles. The inception of the series was in November 2022. Now, after three years, Wednesday is back with its second season releasing on Netflix in August. The season 2 will be released in two parts- the first is slated for release on August 6 and the second part is dropping on September 3. Much ahead of the release of Wednesday season 2, Netflix has renewed the third season of the show.
Netflix wrote on its social media handles, “Season 2 awakens in two weeks. Season 3 is the next omen, already in motion, already inevitable.” Well! This is exciting news for the viewers as the show will deep dive into the world of Wednesday Addams. It also gives a hint that the second season will stretch the story to its third part. In Wednesday season 2, the plot focuses on the central character’s world as she returns to Nevermore, who is navigating secrets, friendship and forces darker than ever. In the later trailer, Wednesday says, “Secrets are the bedrock of the Addams family. The sooner I get answers, the sooner I can save Enid - or die trying.”
