Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to launch the second phase of registrations for plots in the Anant Nagar housing scheme located on Mohan Road, with the process beginning in the month of Sawan. Online registration for 332 plots in the Adarsh Khand of the scheme will open on July 11 and continue till August 10.
LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar issued the directive after inspecting the site on Tuesday. He said the allotment of plots will be done through a transparent lottery system among registered applicants. Registration will require payment of five per cent of the estimated plot cost, and interested individuals must register through the scheme's official website: (https://registration.ldalucknow.in/#/login).
In this phase, plots of varying sizes will be available: 19 plots of 450 sq m, 105 plots of 288 sq m, 50 plots of 200 sq m, 37 plots of 162 sq m, and 121 plots of 112.5 sq m.
The Anant Nagar scheme spread across 785 acres, is being developed with modern amenities following international standards. It features a grid pattern layout with underground electricity cables, wide roads, and dedicated green spaces. Approximately 130 acres have been earmarked for parks and greenery, enhancing the scheme’s environmental appeal. Additionally, an Edutech City is proposed to be developed on 100 acres of land within the scheme.

Allotment in that phase was conducted through a lottery draw at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan between June 10 and 13.
