Ghaziabad Molestation Case: B Com Student Alleges Harassment By Classmate; Search Underway For Accused

A B.Com student has been sexually assaulted in Modinagar, Ghaziabad. Her classmate, Devank, had been making lewd remarks about her, and one day, he stopped her on the street and molested her. When she resisted, he threatened to kill her. Police have registered a case and launched a search for the accused.

A molestation case has been filed in Modinagar, Ghaziabad, involving a female B.Com student who alleges harassment by a classmate. According to the police report, the accused, identified as Devank, has been consistently following and making lewd remarks toward the student.

Allegations And Police Action

The victim's mother reported the incident at the Modinagar police station. She stated that Devank's harassment had escalated recently when he allegedly stopped her daughter, molested her, and threatened to kill her when she resisted. This incident has left the student terrified. The Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Modinagar confirmed that a case has been registered against Devank, and a search is underway to apprehend him.
