In the case concerning the lack of approval for supplying Ganga water to the Khoda area, the High Court has demanded answers from the Noida Authority. The next hearing for this case is set for September 17th, where the Authority's lawyer must appear in court and present their side with all the necessary facts and responses.
The court has also instructed the person who filed the case, Satish Kumar Gupta, to provide a copy of his petition to the Noida Authority's lawyer. Additionally, the Chief Engineer of the Jal Nigam (Water Corporation) has also been ordered to be present during the hearing.

It's worth noting that during the last hearing on August 21st, the lawyer for the Khoda Municipality, Vinayak Verma, argued that the municipality has already completed all of its required work for the water supply under the Amrit 2.0 project. He stated that the responsibility for any further action now lies with the Jal Nigam. In response, the court instructed the Jal Nigam's lawyer, Harshvardhan Gupta, to explain what obstacles are actually getting in the way of setting up this project.
