The auction will feature 50 residential plots in Sector-G of the Basantkunj Yojana, located near the newly constructed green corridor at Gau Ghat. Each plot spans 252 square meters, with a base price of Rs 32,955 per square meter, bringing the total estimated value to around Rs 310 crore.
Additionally, during a recent land audit, LDA identified 4,200 square meters in Balu Adda and 5,000 square meters in Aishbagh (near Bhadevan) for future development. Plans are underway to construct multi-storey residential buildings at both locations.
