A total of 214 applicants have come forward for the Noida Authority’s industrial plot scheme, under which 10 plots will be auctioned through e-bidding by the end of this month. The scrutiny of documents submitted by applicants has been completed, officials confirmed.

According to the Authority’s industrial department, applicants whose forms were found to have minor errors will be given one week from Monday to make corrections. Once this rectification process concludes, the e-auction will be conducted.

The industrial plot scheme was launched on July 14 for 12 plots, with the last date for submission initially set for August 4. However, following a petition in the Allahabad High Court, the deadline was extended to August 14 and two plots in Sector-10 were excluded, reducing the total to 10 plots.

The Authority identified the plots after conducting a land survey in Phases and Phase-2, where several vacant parcels were discovered. The final scheme includes plots in Sectors 7, 8, 80, and 162, all of which are established and well-connected by road. Officials expect to generate significant revenue through this auction.

The smallest plot under the scheme measures 111.48 sq m in Sector-8, with a reserve price of Rs 56.1 lakh, while the largest plot is 7,430 sq m in Sector-162, carrying a reserve price of over Rs 16 crore. Applicants have already deposited their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), which varies according to each plot’s reserve price.

  • Sector-7 (405.62 sq m) – Reserve Price: Rs 2.04 crore, EMD: Rs 20.41 lakh
  • Sector-8 (111.48 sq m) – Reserve Price: Rs 56.1 lakh, EMD: Rs 5.61 lakh
  • Sector-8 (1178.77 sq m) – Reserve Price: Rs 6.08 crore, EMD: Rs 60.82 lakh
  • Sector-80 (450 sq m each – 2 plots) – Reserve Price: Rs 1 crore each, EMD: Rs 10.01 lakh
