The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Department has announced that the transfer process for Principals, Headmasters, Lecturers, Assistant Teachers, and teachers of attached primary divisions working in non-government aided secondary schools (aided colleges) will now be conducted entirely online.
Applications for transfers will open on June 10 and remain available until June 14. Teachers must apply through the official portal (http://secaidedtransfer.upsdc.gov.in) within this timeframe, as applications submitted by any other means will be deemed invalid.
Transfer orders will also be issued online to ensure transparency, convenience, and timely processing. The department has developed this portal in collaboration with the National Informatics Centre (NIC) to streamline the transfer process.
Additional Director of Education (Secondary), Surendra Kumar Tiwari, stated that to assist teachers, an official email (aidedtransfer.up@gmail.com) and three helpline numbers (8181063731, 9140719821, 9369470010) have been provided. Teachers can reach out via call or WhatsApp between 10 am and 5 pm on working days.
