UP Train Cancellations: Full List Of Trains Affected By Heavy Rain Until September 30

Due to heavy flooding in many areas of Punjab and a landslide on the route to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine, train services have been severely affected.

A key railway bridge (Bridge No. 17 on the Kathua-Madhopur line) has been damaged. As a result, the Railway Board has made a major decision: 69 trains heading to Jammu Tawi have been completely canceled, and another 34 trains will end their journey early before reaching their final destination. This affects many popular trains, including the Begumpura Express from Lucknow.

Here are the details of fully Canceled Trains

These trains will not run at all on the dates mentioned below:

- 12355 Patna - Jammu Tawi Archana Express: Canceled from September 2 to September 30.

- 12356 Jammu Tawi - Patna Archana Express: Canceled from September 3 to September 28.

-14611 Ghazipur City - Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express: Canceled from September 5 to September 26.

- 14612 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra - Ghazipur City Express: Canceled from September 4 to September 25.

Trains That Will Stop Early (Short-Terminated)

These trains will not go all the way to their final destination. They will stop at an earlier station and begin their return journey from there.

- 12237 Varanasi - Jammu Tawi Begumpura Express: Will now end its journey at Jalandhar Cantt from September 2 to September 30.

- 12238 Jammu Tawi - Varanasi Begumpura Express: Will start its journey from Jalandhar Cantt instead of Jammu from September 2 to September 30.

- 12331 Howrah - Jammu Tawi Himgiri Express: Will now end its journey at Saharanpur from September 5 to September 16.

- 12332 Jammu Tawi - Howrah Himgiri Express: Will start its journey from Saharanpur instead of Jammu from September 4 to September 18.

- 15097 & 12587 Amarnath Express: Both trains will now end their journey at Ambala Cantt on their respective dates between September 4 and September 29.

- 15098 & 12588 Amarnath Express: Both trains will start their journey from Ambala instead of Jammu on their respective dates between September 2 and September 27.

- 22317 Sealdah - Jammu Tawi Humsafar Express: Will now end its journey at Ludhiana from September 8 to September 29.

- 22318 Jammu Tawi - Sealdah Humsafar Express: Will start its journey from Ludhiana instead of Jammu from September 3 to September 24.

- 15651, 15653 Lohit & Amarnath Express: These trains will now end their journey at Saharanpur on their respective dates between September 3 and September 29.

- 15652, 15654 Lohit & Amarnath Express: These trains will start their journey from Saharanpur instead of Jammu on their respective dates between September 3 and September 26.
