YEIDA New Housing Scheme 2026: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing to launch a new housing initiative in January 2026, addressing the growing demand for residential plots near the soon-to-be-opened Noida International Airport, which is slated to begin operations in February 2026. This new project will offer 973 residential plots of different sizes, presenting valuable investment prospects in this rapidly expanding region.

The official launch of the housing scheme is expected to coincide with the anticipated registration approval from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA), which is a required step before the scheme can officially proceed.

With the development of the Noida International Airport, which is expected to significantly improve regional connectivity, the housing scheme is poised to attract a high level of interest, offering a major boost to local real estate and the economy.

YEIDA New Housing Scheme 2026: Check Plot Sizes & Pricing Details

The residential plots will range in size from 162 to 290 square meters (sqm), with an average rate of Rs 35,000 per square meter. The breakdown of plot sizes includes:

- 476 plots of 162 sqm
- 4 plots of 183 sqm
- 4 plots of 184 sqm
- 481 plots of 200 sqm
- 6 plots of 223 sqm
- 2 plots of 290 sqm

These plots will be situated in sectors 15C, 18, and 24A, all of which are in close proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport.

YEIDA New Housing Scheme 2026: How to Apply for a Plot?

Prospective buyers will need to pay a 10 per cent registration fee based on the total cost of the plot in order to participate in the allotment process. Following this, applicants will be entered into a lucky draw to determine the successful allottees. The registration period will be open for one month before allotment letters are issued and possession of the plots is granted.
