Finding Aakriti Singh: After uniting for the ‘India vs Pakistan’ match, this is probably the second reason behind Indian netizens gelling so well after a long time; to find the lost ‘Aakriti Singh’. Yes, seeking help from the ‘almighty’ internet community, a man shared a childhood school picture of him along with his classmates. He highlighted a girl named Aakriti Singh’ and mentioned her details from years back in the video’s caption. The reason behind the post was to get help from social media in finding the long-lost friend. However, the entire thing took a hilarious turn when the video reached the wrong audience and people began to make fake accounts in Aakriti’s relatives’ name and began their comment streak.
From Aakriti’s cat to her mother, the comment box had almost every unimaginable ‘relation’ that the girl might have. The post was shared on the social media site Instagram, by the handle ‘finding.aakritisingh’. The post was captioned, “Hello, This is Aakriti Singh. I lost contact with her when she moved away to Mumbai from Dwarka. Her dad had a garment shop in Dwarka Sector 6. We were together in Mount Carmel School Dwarka in the year 2002-2004.”

As soon as the video began to go viral, people started to participate and comment in the most hilarious ways. From Aakriti’s cat, dog, boyfriend, mother, father, and sister to her teachers, car, and whatnot, netizens changed their names to comment on behalf of Aakriti’s family members in the viral video. The post was shared a while back and pulled 325K views from people.

I'm under the water,” commented a fourth, ‘aakri_tisingh23’. “Meow Meow,” wrote ‘aakriti_singh_cat’. “If you find her, please tell her to pay school fees or she will not be able to sit for the exam,” commented ‘aakriti_singh_teacher’.
