India’s star comedian is back in the limelight, and the reason is not what you have in mind. Recently, the famous 'heart attack' paratha maker, Veer Davinder Singh, landed in trouble after he served Sharma and his wife in Punjab, soon after which the man went viral on the internet. Now, both are trending on social media and people cannot stop talking about Singh and the whole case with Sharma. So let’s take a look at the entire case and know who Veer Davinder Singh is, against whom the police registered a case after he served the comedian and his wife at his stall. 

Who is Veer Davinder Singh?

Veer Davinder Singh was known for serving 'heart attack' parathas in Punjab, and what made him further popular was one of his loyal customers; Kapil Sharma. As per the reports, doing the same ‘ritual’, Sharma visited Singh's food stall along with his wife Ginni Sharma while the duo was in Kapil’s hometown. However, this time, the friendly visit turned into a nightmare for Singh, as he ended up facing a case against him over the matter.

What is the controversy? Explained:

Soon after the couple visited Singh’s famous food stall, the police registered a case against the famous 'heart attack' paratha maker for opening the shop late at night. As per the reports, the said case was registered under Section 188. However, the entire matter further came to the limelight after Singh, on the other hand, began to accuse the police of ‘locking him up’ and ‘assaulting’ him. Singh has reportedly also asked for an inquiry over the matter, as he further accused the police of ‘manhandling’ him.

All the accusations were made by Singh during the Jalandhar Press Club. The stall owner mainly named SHO Ajayab Singh behind the ‘assault’ accusation. However, SHO Ajayab Singh reportedly defended his side and claimed that many warnings were given to Singh. He also reportedly informed about the multiple complaints that were received from the neighbours.
